Who is responsible

Contact form

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, message and the options you choose (project type, stage, timeline, budget). I use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract).

The form is delivered to my inbox by email through Resend, Inc. (USA), which acts as a processor under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The website itself does not store your message. I keep the email for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the period required by Italian tax and civil law.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It never receives the text you type in forms. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Technical storage

Your theme, language and cookie choices are saved in your browser so the site remembers them. They are strictly necessary and not used for tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to leoni.francesco98@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
